JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Candidate Journey Manager is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This role supports reporting and management of talent acquisition processes related to the candidate journey such as high-volume hiring and referral programs. The position contributes to discussions around strategy and develops & interprets analyses to inform decision-making. The position may manage a team of local and remote supervisors and/or specialists.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Develop and/or improve talent acquisition processes such as referral programs
- Develop and support reporting related to talent acquisition processes
- Support labor market and other analyses
- Make recommendations based on data
- Support compliance-related research and reporting
- Collaborate with various groups within HR and Operations
- Manage a local and/or remote team which may include people who support other Talent Acquisition functions
Qualifications
- Experience managing teams
- Experience interpreting data and creating reports
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Experience working on teams with members in multiple countries
- Advanced experience with writing queries
- Advanced experience gathering, combining and using large datasets to create reports
Requirements:
- High level of proficiency in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing)
Preferences:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar
- Ability to write code in at least one programming language
- Experience creating queries using SQL
